1) Duck Egg Kuih Sarlat

A twist on the usual green and white kuih sarlat: a bottom layer of pandan-infused glutinous rice, covered with a layer of rich, velvety, golden duck-egg custard. 

2) Duck Egg Kaya Roll Cake 

Soft duck-egg chiffon cake rolled up around creamy pandan kaya frosting. Full-flavoured, but light in texture and low in sugar.
