1) Durian & Coffee Ripple Kuih Talam Torte

Inspired by Penang’s own durian kopi, this smooth and creamy durian kuih talam has a coconut and coffee ripple topping, and can be served in elegant slices like a European cake.

2) Banana & Black Sesame Kuih Talam

Fudgy-textured, sweet and fragrant banana kuih layered with a contrasting lightly salted topping of freshly ground black sesame seeds and coconut milk.
