4.00pm          tasting of the food cooked

 

Cost from RM180 per pax* depending on menu

 

Class menus^ include:

  1. Making of chili oil (for curry dishes, pickles)

  2. Curry Kapitan chicken / babi assam

  3. Mango Kerabu

# Classes will be hands on as much as possible

# The deadline to book is 12noon the day before the classes.

 

Class menus will be rotated around the different days.  Please enquire for menu details.  

 

* We offer special discount for early bird (a week before the class commence) or a single booking of 4 or more!

* A min of 6 participants for classes to commence

* A deposit is required to book your space.
